Tillery Family PracticeOur office is open Monday through Thursdays from 9am to 5pm and Fridays 9am-noon. We have a policy of saving work-in slots on the Doctor’s schedule on a daily basis, so that you can generally be seen same day for sick visits and urgent issues. New patients are accommodated based on availability.

After Hours / On Call

If you need to reach us after hours for an urgent matter that cannot wait until the next business day, you can call our regular office number and discuss your particular issue with the Answering service. Calls requesting prescriptions or treatment over the phone may be subject to a phone consult charge or will be addressed the following day.

Phone Calls/ Phone Consults

Tillery Family Practice While we realize that occasionally you may need to call for clarification of an issue or with a problem, once you have had two phone calls between visits it is our policy to ask you to come in and speak with the doctor or nurse practitioner regarding your concerns. If you have a matter that you would like to discuss with Dr. Tillery, that is unrelated to any recent health care issue for which we have seen you, a $10 charge for a phone consult will be assessed to your account. While we strongly prefer to evaluate and discuss issues in the office, occasionally if you have an issue that we deem appropriate for a phone consultation, a phone consult with a provider can be set up for $25 for a 5-10 minute discussion.
